An Open Door Pt.3
Symbolizations for this entry (aids in understanding):
An open door = A door that leads to the promises of God
I didn’t plan on doing a part 3, but God placed something else on my heart…
The key is to overcome fear with the strength God has given you. This can only be done by faith. Faith is the key. Though an open door has been placed before you, without faith you will not be able to enter in. We need faith to enter because we will need faith to sustain throughout. Like anything else, you have a choice, though you see what can be yours, will you move according to the will of God in order to obtain these things? It takes faith to not only step into the will of God for your life, but to remain in the will of God because when you’re dealing with God, not every occurrence will make 100% sense to you, if at all. Let me make this clear so there’s no confusion, faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father, except through me” (John 14:6). A promise given by God can only come into fruition by God. By seeking any other “way”, you risk claiming a counterfeit promise. Remember, Satan give “blessings” too, they just lead to death. Faith in anything else, but Christ WILL NOT result in the manifestation of God given promises. The promises of God are yours if you do what is necessary to obtain them, and that is: living according to the will of God for your life by walking in obedience. For obedience to God, is for greater than sacrifice (See 1 Samuel 15:22).
Revelations 3:8:
10) “Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
