Anchor-less

I have found that we are more UNcomfortable living righteously than we are living sinfully. Without the justification of the world, people would be less inclined to fall into sin. The world provides a safe space for us to sin, and the moment we decide to live lives contrary to the demonic influences on this earth we feel out of place. See today, right is wrong, while wrong is right…deception is one of the main tactics of the enemy, of which is achieved through our ignorance. It is the comfortability that accompanies our sinful natures provided by our everyday environments (the world) that leaves many feeling as if their sinful lifestyles must be “the way”. John 14:6 very clearly states that any way that is not Jesus is in fact the wrong way, “Jesus answered, “I am the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through me.” So, according to the word, there is no other way, there is only one way, and that is through Jesus Christ (righteous living). Between the trick of the enemy (deception) and lack of discernment, people are turning left instead of right because they are anchor-less; easily swayed by their feelings which have manifested from a sinful nature that fears true correction. I like to say, “feelings are false” for this very reason. Because something feels right doesn’t always mean that it is, this is why God left His word and most importantly the Holy Spirit to guide us in all truths. Test every spirit EVEN your own. You will know if your thoughts, visions, and or dreams are from God if they are in alignment with His word and His character.
